Bear networks is a mathematics books for children (and grown ups) that gives an introduction to mathematical concepts in networks and dynamics. The book tells the story of a soccer loving bear that plays in a soccer team to win the big game. It was conceptualized by BeyondTheEdge researchers Raffaella Mulas and Christian Bick and illustrated by Piergiorgio Mulas. Free print copies of the book are now available in the VU Mathematics Department.
